I've been very reticent to pick sides, reason being I've been through a business bust up before. Hence my comments about lawyers etc.
If I had to decide in public I would/do come down on the side of RC.
Reason being, in that case the judge found against the board, and the behaviour of the NXS directors with select information etc., is micking that of the directors in the case.
