You have specifically said that the capital raising is a result of WD failure.
Speculation. Get real. All investment is based on speculation. When someone is investing they are making a bet on tomorrow and, at a minimum, that tomorrow will be informed based on the facts today.
When you speculate on the future, you must have a solid understanding of the facts and information as it stands today. My emphasis on facts is that you have made assertions that have no logical connection to the information that we have today and therefore are just guessing.
Wow. You want to talk about FML on an RMS thread? Sounds petty and you are just taking diversionary tactics. With regards to FML, I've always treated it as a higher risk investment and my thoughts on CRE always have been that if they can bed it down and control costs then it will be a massive gain. What is your point with regards to this irrelevant issue?
Pretty simple. If you are wrong (I'm pretty sure I spelled it out), then RMS is a huge bargain at current prices.
