Oh, and by the way, RC's statement that if the AGM doesn't support his proposals by knocking out MF & his payment, that he will not continue his campaign is the classic "fear of failure or completion" motivation that is used more or less as a bullying sales tactic to rush hesitant people into making a quick decision in favour of the seller.
Another thing I've learned over the years - beware of slick salesmen trying to rush you into an important decision by emphasising that you must take their option now or you will lose out!
