Roll on the Trojan action, meanwhile CMI continues to accumulate cash.

Any bets this will go down to the wire in first quarter of 2012, and several weeks before the Court action, an offer to buy out A class will emerge ?

12 months later a 10-15c dividend per "ordinary" share will commence & we know who the major beneficiary of that will be.

This board suppression & statements made in previous prospectus are going to come back & bite them big time, commercial courts are not short sighted, you get so much lead way but in the end even the judge wonders how many times you wanted to hang yourself.
