I reckon this news has already been largely priced in, I think the management in a way wants us all to forget Togo and move on. Looking forward to hearing what happens out of the AGM.

Also, i don't have the article, but I thought the Togo tender was being reprocessed and resubmitted? The article title makes it sound like there's just another delay in the tendering process...
