Interesting, but I doubt there is anything illegal about it.

The buyback was underway well before Cdu spoke to any entities regarding more funding.

It's nice to see institutions get a little bit of what they dish out when it comes to placements.

As far as I'm concerned it looked like Cdu weren't interested in activating the buyback until a capper appeared yesterday on open with 50k shares to sell.

I think the message is play fair or we'll step in.
