shareholders funds are being used to prop up a share price to create a false and misleading market imo, shareholder funds are not supposed to be used for this purpose, working capital is to develop a business not play the markets.....
If a company in development, which needs more capital continued to do such things, without developing positive cashflow it will eventually have nothing left and it will either collpase or fresh funds and more dilution will result....
Ill have to wait a bit longer to take a position against it based on what IMO to be the worst corporate governmance and managment of shareholder funds I can see on the ASX , it doesnt have that many more shares possible according to the notice....
