'can someone briefly explain the appendix 3B?'
- 31250000 unlisted option was exercised at 1.5c each.
- The option was free option in the earlier placement. So the net cost is 1.5cps
- ANP received $468750 from these option being exercised.
- Note the expiry date of the options, Dec 2012. They exercised then one year earlier at 1.5cps. Obviously by exercising them 1 year earlier, they are taking a punt that the SP will be profitable for them in the coming weeks.
