revenue for each patient, page-10

Was looking to do a basic gross revenue calc of cost per application X number of Venous ulcers to be treated. Am looking for stats on number of patients/ulcers requiring treatment.

TIS Ann 20 Dec 2010 "Update on EU Clinical Trial and Commercial Negotiations" posted a Vitrogro cost of USD30-40 per application.

A quick look for stats on Venous Ulcer occurrence found this(I can't vouch for the accuracy of it but it's an interesting read.)
