probably not leroy23 but they would have some sort of obligation to try and do the best deal they can .
i think wayne is aware of that and would have made it clear to them that he would use the buyback to counter it in the best interest of the company as a whole.

its possible that other parties are at work also trying to unsettle the sp for their own agenda and that the new investors are not involved in the manipulation.

who knows ? Wayne knows, i will leave it to him lol
