Recommendation Initial gas flows from hole TPW-16 at the Tipton West project have reached 300 thousand cubic feet per day (mcfd) after only two days of production, providing increased confidence that targeted 350 mcfd rates will be achieved, and likely exceeded, which would further improve project economics, and our valuation. The share price at $0.31 is trading at a marked 40% discount to our dcf valuation of $0.52/share. We retain our BUY recommendation.
