I bought an initial parcel today. And not just because FSA is going to get share price support from the buyback. (It looks to me like the buyback support is at 27.0 cents.)
- FSA is a very cheap buy on an income basis.
- FSA is generating strong cashflows such that they can afford a buyback
- FSA believe their current share price does not reflect either the NTA of the company, nor the intrinsic value of the company.
- And FSA's wholesale suppliers of money are also happy for FSA to use surplus funds to buyback their shares in a value-accretive way.
- And in these uncertain times, with many individuals requiring debt management, FSA's business model looks well positioned.
