mne- guess i shouldve seen this retrace after the parabolic spike... now looking to buy back in at around 35c
the aquisition deal they have entered into basically sets a $1 shareprice as a prerequisite for the deal to proceed, so both vendors and buyers have a big incentive for the sp to get over $1 in the nearish future
