Sharedawealth, I expect that you are correct about the 3Bs in the short term. FAS is a very small company with very little cash. But I know that the boys are working VERY hard to get the SHIP up and running - and investing lots of cash in infrastucture. They believe that the project will be a success and I share that belief (and I have backed it up with cold hard cash). So you will forgive me that I find your cynicism and negativity unpalatable, especially considering you have no financial interest in FAS. The finance that has been raised so far through 3Bs has diluted shareholders' wealth, I know, but all other debt will be retired from the $300 million finance deal that has been announced, the conditions of which are being ticked off as I write this post. There will be no further dilution once the project begins. In that respect the 3Bs that have been announced in the past will seem insignificant compared to the wealth that the SHIP will generate. Control of FAS will stay with the people who have worked hard to get this project up and running and current shareholders will own a mid sized IO miner with no debt if they stay the course.

We can all speculate that things might go wrong, that the finance deal might fall over, or that the world will go into a depression. If that is how you feel, then stay away from FAS. In fact stay away from small cap shares, indeed ALL shares. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. However, if you have done your reseach, read past reports, see some potential, and want to be a part of a very exciting prospect then you can buy a part of a company like FAS and hope for the best! BUT DYOR, and be wary of the non-holding naysayers who have other agendas.

Has anyone else noticed how the recent announcement received a heap of TUs only to be brought back down by the TD brigade. You have to ask yourself why would a rational thinking person give a positive company announcement a TD?
