In a nutshell, the cashflow curve is starting to really spike, with higher production, higher gold prices, capex complete, stockpile building (helps to derisk cashflow during any down time), and quarterly hedge profile halving from 15k to 7k.
Add to that, the fact that their U/G is looking super good (15-30 gm figures being bandied about at Santa, and strong view that Cock Eye will be 4.5 grm dirt at least, I reckon this is now a strong buy.
These guys have been sin binned by the funds for using poor capital management in the earlier days (basically diluting down the shareholders too willingly, while borrowing against v poor hedge (who the hell accepted $1360 as their hedge proce??) .
However, we are now within 6-8 mths of being debt free, maybe less, the hedge profile is dropping dramatically from here on in, and the capex is complete, so we should make SERIOUS money from here on in.
