Good try at getting a handle on the world at the moment. Unfortunately comparing Europe with the US is impossible because Europe has very tight purse strings and the US hasn't. This is because of the US being able to print more money whenever it suits. The US situation is rather surreal and to apply a formula to it which reduces it down to the Europen level would be incredibly difficult; however even a rough comparison would reveal some startling facts no doubt...possibly bankrupcy.
