at the agm on nov 4, bennett was voted out (41m shares to 33m shares). ok, it might be up to berresford to pick a couple of persons to fill the seat - but the shareholders did not want bennett.
in an earlier post, watso suggested that taylor/popal be picked for the vacant director seats - after all, there is a meeting to select them, in dec. in the end, it seems that taylor has filled one vacancy.
watso mentioned a wild card as being the 6m freebie shares, which probably helped vote bennett out - if this shareholding changed sides, then it is a different ball game.
watso could not understand kimberlydreamer's explanation as to why bennett only got 33m votes. maybe popal missed his wages and overtime - but that has nothing to do with pne - and the $234,660 had nothing to do with popal.
