its not a telstra issue, its the quality of the backoffice
generally this was once the work of the bean counters the accounts to make sure the damn invocing worked, but today is not sexy enough for an accountant to make sure the systems balance, wealth management is where they all go
and most probably the work is shipped off shore or an it sub contractor that would not known anything about double entry.
