    Mate I'm a TLS shareholder be it I only have 7,500 left from the 50,000 I once owned.

    I went on their web site and lodged a complaint about the error in my bill.

    about 15 of the last 18 bills have been wrong and only once in my favour and they worked that out and fixed it quickly.

    Lodged an online complaint 1st nov, got and email on the 2nd telling me my ref number, email said someone would contact me and they hoped to resolve my complaint within 5 business days. Well havent heard anything since.

    I will be lodging a complaint with the TIO tomorrow.
