How do you justify your statement regarding Magnolia:
"Personally it should be worth around 8-10 cents. This is not totally reflected in the current price of NWE".
Perhaps you should look at AWE's announcement in April relating to its farmin to Magnolia.
For a commitment of 15% or US$1.2 million in drilling costs, AWE purchased a 10% stake in Magnolia from Adelphi . Therefore, based on a recent market transaction, NWE's 20% stake is worth approx A$3.0 million.
Which is about 2 cents per NWE share pre drilling.
