If the average copper grades are around 1% then it's going to be pretty marginal.. Tails grades will be around 0.2%Cu so Cu recovery will only be around 80% at best: a lot will depend on the gold content and credits. I see Tony has described how they intend to capture the gold and this will have been done to reassure us about profitability. A low grade ore deposit needs to be processed through a high capacity (ie large and costly) plant in order to benefit from the economies of scale..
