The CR can not go ahead.The Zari purchase by cash and 25mil share issue can not be closed
until that EGM votes.

add in some possible sweetening announcement or intrique needing to be advised re d'Lumberjack connection.

Let alone suspension removes "stale" Depth positions so bidders/askers who don't keep up with the news but operate a set'n'forget trading plan won't be 'surprised' on resumption and there's plenty of reasons for some delay beyond 3 day Trading Halt period leading to Suspension option.
