info on 5 million trade

hi folks

another shareholder pointed something out to me this morning, done a bit more research and i believe he may be on to something.

havnt seen any posts regarding announcement last night, be interested to get others thoughts.

first look at Fridays trading, we closed on thursday night at 60c, but opened up friday at 59c, a bot then worked SP down to the xtrade price of 58c, actually achieved a low of 57.5c, xtrade goes through for 58c and SP closes at 60c, level for the day.

because i had previously heard that a broker was calling around for stock thought any seller would at least be selling at the last closing price or higher, so why was it sold down to that price, this would suggest seller put the call out and was not in the position of power when bargaining for price.

looking at last nights announcement on page 19 it states person whose relevant interest changed and the 5 million shares where sold by MBL.

what does the "in deregistration" mean.

was this a redemption? was this a forced sell??
