6.4 Intentions on obtaining greater than 50% and less than 90% of ADE Shares
This section sets out Beach's intentions if it gains effective control of ADE by obtaining a Relevant
Interest in 50.1% or more of ADE Shares but does not become entitled to compulsorily acquire the
outstanding ADE Shares as set out in section 6.3 of this Bidder's Statement.

Beach will review the benefits of and the suitability of ADE remaining listed on ASX having regard
to the Listing Rules and the additional corporate and compliance costs.
