$20 million will not get the product to market and if Trinity wishes to become part of the JV then they will have to contribute accordingly and Draig will not have to raise as much to get the thing going etc etc etc....less dilution to your share of the company
IMO if Draig can prove 200MT and consequently implement a plan to mine 10MT per annum of semi-soft coking coal in the next 18 months our gains should be quite handsome
