The selling by one person in my view means nothing especially when we are dealing with an illiquid micro-cap stock.

I agree with Kapitalk that the uncertainty of price for the imminent C/R would present an opportunity for some to Sell now with the hope of buying at a lower price. If some good news from the left field were to surface before a C/R, that person who sold 200k shares may be forced into paying more. Thats the risk they take. I added some the other day at 12.5. Did not think it would go lower than 12 cents. If i can scrounge up a few more $$$ over the coming weeks might be a good time to get some more.
