The form has raised some concern with supporters of the action group. It is presumed Computershare will match names with holdings. However, an incorrect name or wording on the form may make it null and void.
There does not seem to be acknowledgement of delivery of the proxy form, unless you ask for a delivery and read receipt for the email, or get a fax receipt. If using Aussie Post you would probably need to register it.
As far as the holdings go, it is a percentage of the total shares. That is why we needed more tha 5% or 100 holders to have the numbers to request an EGM.
I guess we have to assume that there is honest and open transparency in the voting system and that the SBL Board and Computershare have our full interests at heart.
