Thanks Kwai, I very much respect your opinions.

I'm quite willing to accept that I'm wrong on various things - but right or wrong, the question was asked and I think the answer I gave is probably a fair representation of the motivations of the many of very large majority who did not support RC. I admit that the $99mil was probably not a real issue as RC said he would indemnify the company.

Personally, the clincher for me was that he just quit when he didn't get his way. However, also personally, I took advantage of the panic selling and am not ungrateful, but I still wouldn't vote for him after doing that as it was a very hasty decision which caused a lot of damage and indicates that he can be a bit of a loose cannon.
