also there is a 8c to raise $1m from shareholders as at 17Nov. So as I can see it they have not left out the holders.
It know is a waiting game to see if there is good news to be released so that it will mean it will be fully participatd by SH.
My opinion is they are about to release good news otherwise why would Pats be interested.
