i dont see drilling delays as a reason to halt a stock, they could release that info before or after the market closes, in Canada we are lucky to get a news release about drilling delays until weeks after the fact let alone a halt, generally a bad news halt here is game changer in a bad way, most halts are positive rather than negative and reputable companies dont halt for positive reasons unless its big
