Yes, those comments left me baffled as well. What makes them think it is already built in? At what date was it supposedly built in to the SP? Can these sage's answer this question?
The day the announcement is released there will probably have been a crash in the US overnight. The sage's will then say 'I told you so' when the ann is met with a muted response.
