re: high risk in june! Mike123, what is this? Quote: Expect news to come & come quick as the company wants MHI to execise $20 Million dollars worth of options at $2.40..
4 more weeks to go before $2.40 oppies expire and 4 more weeks to go to supply the SA contract in hand before the sun sets on it! When the sp is below $2.40 MHI is not exercising the options!!! MHI will issue convertible bonds with a conversion price of the weighted average share price with 5% fee!!! This could be as low as today’s closing price of $1.20 or lower!!
They still have problems with the filtration and even when they solve this, the plant is expected to be operating at 55% of 20tpa!! CMQ has not inform the market yet what other components are restricting it to 55%, that is assuming CMQ knows!
Of the $45M in the bank at the end of March, how much of it is MHI’s money? And they have covenants requiring some of it to remain in the bank! Didnt you read CMQ burn through another $2.3M in April? And we'll soon know how much they burn in May soon.
CMQ is an extremely high risk share to buy now. No doubt MHI will have strong hands behind the scene keeping an interest to have the sp as low as possible before the $2.40 oppies expire!
Investors interested in CMQ will most likely stay on the sideline until after the oppies expire to see what happens!
