Someone, or more than one, has been giving up of late (dumping ATVCD & ATV), and if they want out they may not care what level of haircut they get.
The sad thing for long term holders will be the haircut by default that they all receive if Wally needs to issue shares anywhere near these levels.
May not matter long term, but then again issuing shares at 3-4 cents may be a major impact for those who have funded Wally & Co's adventures (and of course salary/fees) up until now...and it's been years of delays (refer historical proclomations).
My calculator suggests issuing shares at 3-4 cents is more dilutionary than at 30-40 cents.
Venting... but will also vent to ATV direct for what it's worth.
