Whilst it's likely that it will all be about the drill, the grammatical structure of that announcement does NOT lead to the inescapable conclusion that the material events relate to the DST and the update. If this was the case, there should have been a colon after the word " events" and not a comma. To make it even clearer, they should have said "Material events, namely the DST and update" Even clearer would have been "an announcent is made to the market regarding the DST and update"...simple, clear and concise with no room for confusion
The way it is written unquestionably lends itself to confusion
Unfortunately, it appears that their grasp of the English language is as poor as yours. I often have to remind myself that English is the first language in this country, so badly is it written and spoken
As far as concerns rule 17.1, the last time they had a TH they said the reason for the halt was a "material transaction"...there was no transaction, material or otherwise
