    Why would someone give CEO $25Mill at supposedly 5c when they can take the whole company over for $30Mill at 6c and then fund the aquisition and exploration themselves. Then they will benefit from all future potential.

    Im sure the Chinese have a spare $30Mill for coal aquisitions.

    At this stage I will be happy to give my shares away at 6c!
