    ROC is the best buy out of all stocks in the energy sector that I have ever come accross, there is not a better stock than this one, it will easily reach $3.50, OIL is going to reach $60+ somtime soon, load your house with this baby and maybe we call all retire living in the lap of luxury!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
