I know it may sound a bit far fetched and silly , but could it be that PFC have made a friendly bid for BKP , or would PFC have to notify the market first?
Just a thought that crossed my mind ,after all the Canadians seem to be everywhere in the area, and the acreage is becoming scarce.It would avoid lots of red tape and time applying for permits ie : land council approval etc etc
