In today's "THE AGE" which may potentially make the MRRT a little bit more palatable for 'smaller' sized and up and coming miners relative to the BHPs and RIOs of the world.

If the story has substance, and agreement is reached on increasing the threshold and depending on the level of increase, this should help boost the smaller /medium end of the market for the likes of IOH and other I/O companies in the Pilbara region.

The reality is it will be legislated, so any improvements for the smaller / medium end will be better received, relatively speaking! It will also help Julia leading up to Xmas and reduce the risk of any leadership challenge which is becoming increasingly unlikely...
