Charts are useless, more or less.
FML share price is subject to alot more than gold price, there are alot of company specific factors involved, mostly for a company that is more of a developer rather than a full up and running producer.
Along with company specific factors, there are also global market factors which have been all over the place, and severely down in the last 6ish months (as per chart of share price). Gold has increased in this time (because of money printing and uncertainty) though investor sentiment hasn't increased (therefore alot of companies share prices going south) -Unrelated events therefore = gold vs share price.
Throw in the mix a left field takeover by FML of another company, and share price has totally been thrown off course as number of shares on issue has substantially changed from day1 in your chart and the last day.
Therefore the 2 charts are completely useless, sorry.
Though i would be interested to hear what assumptions you have taken from these charts, or anyone's opinion.
