Hi Vlad,

They are not there to predict anything as such, they just represent some data in an easy to read format. I was playing around with many charts and decided to post these 2 merely for informational purposes.

It was not my intention to look at the macro scale of what FML is doing, it was purely to look at gold price to see how they were tracking.

Fair call mate, I'll register one "useless" down in my diary. No offence taken :)

I have never come in here comparing gold price to FML performance like some. The chart compared did the work in this instance, i offered no personal view on the matter.

Some quick assumptions then;
1. FML has under performed with respect to gold price. This would indicate to me that there is a greater chance in share price upside than downside. Oversold perhaps?
2. Many investors seem to be moving to gold companies who have lagged behind the price of gold itself. FML is one of them, thus, this chart would indicate that we are in the buy radar rather then sell radar of many. Further to this, as a high cost producer, we are better leveraged to the higher gold price.
3. FML now trading in a tight band and with low volume. This will change. I assume that when it does, based on history, there is more potential for upside than downside in the share price.

In a nutshell, if you did look at these charts independent of anything else, they would indicate that we can't get much worse. Having said that, many other factors in play of course.

Will attempt to refrain from posting useless charts in the future.
