YR, on the fifth point, you're worrying for no reason.
Do you think QVT, with 23% of the shares on issue and $17 worth of convertible notes + options, are concerned by a future capital raising? Not a chance, as they will not allow it to happen at current prices.
QVT has more to lose by a capital raising to a 3rd party at current prices than most shareholders combined.
There is not a chance in hell of a capital raising happening at ANYWHERE near the current price, unless it involves QVT.
Smart money will be buying before a deal is struck with QVT.
