    Hi Lama,

    The listing price will be $2.50, being the "Net Asset Value" (NAV) per share. This figure also includes the value of the services business, which CER shareholders will now get for nothing.

    The $2.35 is the NTA, being the value (per share) of the physical properties only, excludiing the services business.
