why do you take BHP o RIO as a PE comparision example and not Inner Mongolian Baotou Steel REE High Tech Co which is around 17,80?

Anyway, I guess we could enjoy a range as follows if Mont Welt REE prices stabilize around 65$, and a scenario of a smooth recesion in Europe, flat US; and growth in the Asia pacific region; (just an opinion):

31/12/2011: between 2.50$/ 3.00$ (if pre-operating license is granted)

First quarter 2012: 4/6$

Second quarter 2012: 8/12$

A market cap of 20MM$ is totally reasonable for a company which such an expanding perspective.
