    The takeover bid by SVW has failed dismally!

    The collective substantial shareholders are steally, determined and resolved not to accept below value bids which will be recognised by ASX & ASIC as such.

    Until such time when a much far higher bid is received that fully recognises the full value,market leading positions,control premium,11.5 times future earnings of NHR/COA and subject to this revised takeover bid of at least $5.00 then its...... .....................'NO DEAL' Kerry.
