    optimistically, most certainly, the world is awash with cash and swamped in debt.

    pessimistically, unlikely, the world is swamped in debt but awash with cash.

    today looks like a debt-riddled day on the market, and probably a good day to be halted. picture RCF as gordon gecko in wall street and you may see a possible picture of what's going on.
