matt you have it spot on with this assumption, mitsubishi is forcing the chinese hand, apparantly there is still 5pct of shorts out there which will be interesting to see the scramble to cover once the first bid hits the wires tomorrow morning.the chinese will panic as they cannot afford to loose this they want control for future supply, this will not be settled tomorrow by a long shot its only just beginning. good luck to all of us.
