Scorpio had an existing arrangement with ATV whereby Atlantic Gold own 60% with several variations including scorpio contributing with there 40% stake or Atlantic Gold effectively having 80% with Scorpio free carried for 20%.
Scorpio have no right to sell 100% freehold to any other party because with the existing arrangement ATV already had 60% so even if ATV hadn't exercised there premeptive right to take up 100% ownership of Cochrane Hill the existing arrangement would have stood with the new party.
If people are selling because they think ATV could completely lose Cochrane Hill they are idiots.
The most likely outcome is the court case will be dismissed and ATV will hold 100% of Cochrane Hill.
