Thats right, but Telstra only gets about $30 from the copper line that brings the Broadband to the apartment building. If Sky have 100 customer connections in the apartment building Telstra still only get $30. Sky gets a big advantage in aggregating one line for all the customers in the building and Telstra are missing out on the individual revenue from each of the 100 customers.
So Telstra get $30.00 instead of around $3,000 or so they would normally get out of 100 residential customers.
