just my thoughts....POSCO take up MMX's 50%. Mits can work with POSCO, POSCVO with Mits. JV become two big players. POSCO have had Mr Moon on the MMX board. They know full well the potential. OPR designed and all regulatory permits and procedures boxes ticked.

I think the surprise will be nothing changes except POSCO sit where MMX once did. I think MMX have been keeping the seat warm for sometime.
