I already express my opinion in a previous post about the PFC statement in the conference call and I think it's not in contrast with the info that you "got" from your contact/s.

IMO "In there" does not specify a room or a closed place.It's also could mean a "pool" were the mud was stocked.

IMO with strong fumes, even an open place can be dangerous without BA if a lot of HC are in the mud

IMO No BA on spot so that's the reason why they din't collect samples!!


So the fact are:
- they drilled the horizontal leg of Baldwin 2 after
drill and log the vertical section. During the
drilling of the horizontal leg (as per ANN) strong
HC presence has been recorded (values are in the
PFC ann).

- They reported that on MacIntyre 2 the vertical
section showed more HC that Baldwin 2.

The question is why they shouldn't drill the horizontal leg of MacIntyre 2 if its vertical leg is better that the Baldwin 2 ?

If i understood you point, you are questioning if both facts are true - well if they aren't they a subject to legal action from us -
